Returns & Refund Policy

At FAWWĀH, we aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. If, however, you have any concerns about your purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us promptly via email at support@fawwah.com. Kindly include your order number and any relevant photos to expedite the resolution process.

Should you find our initial response unsatisfactory, we offer the option to return your goods within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the items must remain in their original packaging and must not have been opened. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. However, we may consider a discretionary refund of your postage charges upon safe receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

It’s important to be aware that returned items are eligible for a credit note rather than a monetary refund. Additionally, orders placed on discounted or sale items cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

To initiate a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging. Please take note that if you receive a credit note, it may have the cost of our shipping deducted from its value.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return request. If approved, a credit note will be processed and automatically applied to your account, provided to you via email, or issued as a coupon code within a specified timeframe.

Shipping

To facilitate your product return, please contact us at support@fawwah.com to discuss the return process. Please be aware that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. We cannot assume liability for any returns that may be lost during transit.

Missing Orders

In the event that your order is delayed or missing due to an invalid or incorrect delivery address, we will await the return of the parcel to our facility before resending it. It’s essential to note that not all missing orders are returned due to an incorrect or invalid address, and we cannot accept liability or offer refunds in such cases. If we do receive the parcel back, you will incur charges for resending it. Should you request a refund instead, we will deduct the costs related to shipping, packing, and processing.

Ultimately, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all delivery details when placing an order, including ensuring timely collection from Royal Mail depots for any orders attempted for delivery by Royal Mail and subsequently returned.
